Having worked in the Corporate & Commercial and Tax teams of top-tier law and Big 4 Accounatcncy firms, she has acted on a wide range of high-value local and cross-border matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, project finance, banking and finance, franchising, and regulatory compliance. Dulanga has led due diligence processes and managed transactions through the full deal lifecycle—from structuring and negotiation to documentation, execution, and post-closing compliance. She also has extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals and family offices on investment structuring, wealth preservation, and multi-layer trust structures.
